Born out of pure passion, four friends embarked on a mission to make Cape Town’s finest blend of water, malted barley and whole picked hops to deliver the most authentic 5% alcoholic elixir likely to pass your lips, ever. And they’ve done just that.
After extensive research, travel, trial and tribulation, never mind a keen, unwavering spirit to produce the best low-volume, high-value IPA money can buy; Barking Dog Sit Stay IPA was born.

As with any thoroughbred, the owners celebrate its pedigree. Carefully selected ingredients make for an extraordinarily delicious drink. “Our process is entirely artisanal,” the master brewer explains. “Once brewed, the actual hops form part of the entirely natural filtration phase. The more pure, the more pleasure, it’s really that simple.”
